Tripling of notes seen on the New Score Editot

Using a Roland AE-30 with SWAM as my wind controller And seeing this on my new score editor cubase 14 Pro

it is a single instrument that should not be displaying quasi chords at certain points, The result is still hearing single sounds. I have seen this in Cubase 13 pro. My presets in my wind controller are correct yet nobody has an answer for this.

anybody out there seeing it too?

What does the track look like in the list editor? Are there actual extra notes?

please lead me to the list editor and I’ll have an answer for you

It looks like you are actually recording the extra notes.
The G4 and A4 are really short… 69 & 87 milliseconds…

yes the AE-30 is spitting out these extra notes. sometimes they sound and sometimes they don’t

Martin can you assist here?

The extra notes are very a short duration. Maybe build a “select note shorter than” and delete them.

Martin suggested the logical editor but I am still looking for it

thank you - so the logical editor is in project tab-I will give it a try as I head to my studio in hopes that this will save me a lot of time in my workflow using the Roland AR-30 Wind controller controller so that double and triple notes on the stem having no sound can be deleted very very fast inthe new score editor

Not sure what tab you are referring to, but if you read the doc linked above it says:

  • To open the Logical Editor, select MIDI > Logical Editor > Setup.

i’ll give it a try as soon as I get to my studio
I am hoping that the logical editor can make the changes from a recording I did last night
