It looks like a whole bunch of VST plug-ins on your system are crashing (or causing the VST scanner component to crash) when Dorico’s audio engine is trying to scan them at start-up. I imagine you might eventually get Dorico to start if you do it often enough, because I think each time it crashes, the plug-in responsible will be blocked from future scans (and indeed won’t be loaded by Dorico). Here’s a list of the plug-ins that seem to be causing problems:
P915 Medusa
P11 Abyss
P565 Siren
P440 Sweet Spot
For starters I’d try removing these plug-ins from your system temporarily and see if that allows Dorico to start up successfully.
