I am having trouble purchasing the upgrade from 3.5 to 4, as the login for the shop is stuck on this after entering my login information…
I’ve tried several times and it always gets stuck here. The last time the price jumped up to 118 rather than the 99 shown before…

Sorry to hear you’re having problems signing in to the shop. I will check with my colleagues in our web team what advice they have.
My colleague believes you should be able to click the little X in the top right corner of that prompt and that you will in fact be properly signed in. Please give it another try.
Clicking the x closes the window and cancels the login attempt.
However, I was able to just put my information in manually on the left side as if I was a new customer and the purchase seems to have gone through just fine.
