I’ve been trying to reset a password on Steinberg’s site to purchase the update for cubase 11. i enter my email after selecting forgot passwords and get a message on the site that an email reset email has been sent - actually get nothing (and no, it’s not in any spam or folder …)
the weird thing is that i’M in my profile on Steinberg site but it doesn’t let me buy it using my passwords.
Anyone encountered?
