Trying to upgrade Dorico 5 to the latest version

I am one of the Finale change overs to Dorico.
I changed in the fall, and I feel that I have been fairly successful in that change.
Lately I have been getting messages that there is an upgrade… I have not been successful in getting that upgrade.

When I try to sign in to my account I get a response that there is no record of my account/password.

I need help. Is there a phone number I can call, or is it just figure it out yourself. Dorico says I have just a couple of more trys, and I will be locked out of the account they can’t find.

No it isn’t “figure it out yourself”, we are very lucky, us Dorico users.
@dspreadbury from the Dorico team will be able to give you instructions, he can check your account etc. Just wait, he is always busy but will see this. :slight_smile:

I rather thought that because of all the great teaching sources I’ve encountered.
