Tuplets not displaying properly in MusicXML file on Newzik

I exported a piece from Dorico that has tuplets and opened it in Newzik—groups of semiquavers in common time, grouped together as groups of 6 semiquavers. The MusicXML file in Newzik displays two groups of triplet semiquavers in each crotchet beat.

Is there any way to force the MusicXML file to display the tuplets exactly as they appear in Dorico?

I’m not sure whether the issue will be in Dorico’s MusicXML export, or Newzik’s MusicXML import. Can you zip up and attach the MusicXML file here, and let us know in which bar(s) the tuplets appear?

I’ve cut this down to 30 bars in length. The tuplets are in bars 4, 10, and 15.

The beams in the MusicXML files are correct, so it appears that the problem here is with how Newzik is interpreting them. I suggest you contact their support team and see if they agree with my assessment.
