Two voices on a single staff. a whole-bar rest to appear

Hello,

I have two voices on a single staff. One voice already contains notes, and in the other voice I would like to force a whole-bar rest to appear, even though the staff is not empty.

At the moment, I’m not able to input or display a whole-bar rest in that voice. Could you please let me know how I can force it to show?

Activate Note Entry on the first beat, choose your other voice (type V if needed), Shift+B, type rest, Enter.
