Hey I was wondering is an electric ukulele compatible with cubasis?
Hi @bluequigley,
Yes, but you will need an Audio Interface to plug the ukulele into.
I play my Mandolin and Mandola which both have a Busy Bee contact mic that plugs into the guitar input on my 8 channel usb mixer and connects to Cubasis on my iPad.
There are lots of good interfaces to choose from.

i got a scarlet solo and galaxy tablet. which effects would u recommend?
I would recommend you use the 6.5mm jack input socket on the bottom left and press the Instrument button, (don’t turn on the 48 volt) this should suit the contact mic in your ukulele.
As far as effects are concerned, you can choose from a good selection as follows:
First connect your Scarlet Solo using usb, this now becomes your input and output device, no sound will come from your tablet speakers, you will need headphones.
Select an Audio track, enable the white speaker tab.
Tap ROUTING > Mono Input and select the Scarlet interface.
To add an effect:
tap Insert Effects > Internal Effects, there are a number of effects you can choose from in the list, a small amount of reverb sounds good.
You can also select Amp Rack, there is a good selection of effects to choose from.
I use iPad and a usb mixing desk with my acoustic instruments so I can’t verify the outcome of your tablet set up, but I wish you luck.
