I purchased the upgrade version of Cubase Pro14. I installed according to the instructions with the “Download Assistance”. I saw the Cubase Pro14 in “my product” library. I redeemed the code then started Cubase pro14 - I have “No License Found” message! The bad thing is I went back to my Cubase Pro13 and started it, it gave me the message “No License Found”. What is going on? I don’t have either!!! HELP!
have a look at your MySteinberg account - does it show Cubase 14? Please make sure that you are using the correct login credentials - that has been the culprit time and time again
Alternatively, you could also check in the Activation Manager.
I just opened a can of worms! I didn’t know that I have two (2) accounts that I can sign on to Steinberg Download Assistant! In 1 account it shows in “My Products” I have Cubase Elements 10.5, 10Pro, 11Pro, 12Pro, 13Pro, 14Pro & Retrologue 2 - On the other account I have None in “My Products”. What now?
I would just use the one where you’ve registered all your products. Keep the other one around just in case, but I think you’re lucky you made all your purchases under the one account
So just logon to the SAM with that account, and activate your C14 Pro (if I understand everything correctly thus far).
