I own and use many cards to purchase software and digital products to split my expenditure. After purchasing two products successfully, I wanted to buy few more instruments but to complete further purchases fastspring payment processing system declining the transactions with the repeated and annoying error message stating "We regret that your order could not be accepted. We value your business and would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance."
I have already inquired with the bank and there are no issues from their side, as well I have sufficient funds on all my cards to process my transaction.
After contacting the Fastspring Customer Support, they say that issue is with bank; I can say this is utter nonsense for the following reasons:
- The same cards worked fine and made successful purchases on other sites like eastwest, native instruments etc
- Logically, even if Fastspring executive is true, it may happen with one bank and with one card; however, I tried with several cards all of them got declined throwing same error. THE PROBLEM IS WITH FASTSPRING, but their ego not letting them to accept it.
I want to complete my purchase, please provide me reliable alternative option. I did purchased padshop 2 expansions from third party site with same cards after this annoying experience on steinberg shop. However, the Dark Planet vsti and Materials - Metal & Ice are not available to buy via third party sites.
