Unable to complete the purchase after verification

sorry for the issue, but I suppose I’m able to find a faster answer here…

My verification request is successful but I’m not able to complete the purchase.
After logged in (online shop) I’m forced to submit again the verification procedure…
Tried to access to the state of eligibility verification request but nothing to do. I tried all combinations of customer code, email and password…

Great, I was just about to come back here and ask you to email info@steinberg.de for help, but I’m glad you have got it sorted out. If anybody else reads this thread and has problems completing the purchase after receiving the notification, then that’s who to get in touch with.
