Unable to Create MySteinberg ID

I have been trying to create a MySteinberg ID so I can download cubase ai for my THR amp.

The registration process does not appear to recognise my email (which is ironic as it is exactly the same address used to join this forum), in short I have not been provided with a verification so I can create my account despite numerous attempts.I have also used different browsers and security settings, but still no response. Customer service has been very poor. This bad experience reflects badly on Steinberg.

Any ideas on how to resolve would be appreciated.
