i’m unable to install « etude element » from download assistant.
It does download in download assistant, but i’m unable to install it (unknown error). I tried to install it manually (double click on the file) but didn’t work.
it says Steinberg library Manager privileged help has wrong version (-1, -1) (see attachment).
I installed latest version of download assistant, activation manager, library manager, media bay, from the web, since it doesnt want to update automaticly (error) .
I can’t uptade automticaly dorico (needed to do it manually) and install libraries via download assistant.
So far, dorico is up to date, previously installed libraries work but i’m unable to install etude element and groove agent (didn’t installed it previously) content for example.
Also, i did refresh activation manager with shift key.
You can download and install the Steinberg Library Manager from this webpage.
Then in the Apple System Settings I’d give the Library Manager full disk access permission and try to install Etude Elements again by double clicking the corresponding vstsound file in your Downloads/Steinberg/OSX folder.

After that you press the Return/Enter key and you get prompted to type in your password. While typing in your password you won’t see that what you are typing. You finish the password with the Return/Enter key.
Then you just go ahead and try the installation of Etude Elements again.
