unable to load Cubase AI 10

Hey everyone,

Cubase AI 10 wont start: a Yamaha steinberg usb driver window appears and saying to Throw RegOpenKeyEx(candidateKey) in copy estimated size. what does it mean ?
i have recently updated to the last elicenser version. Still unable to open cubase. I’m using windows 10, doesnt seem to be the issue here. Anyboy having the same problem ?
