Unable to use Voice Chat loopback on iPhone 8

Hi, I have been wanting to try the Voice Chat loopback function on the dspMixFx UR-C, using the UR22C and my iPhone 8. The option is there for selection, however, when I click on Voice Chat, it selects Live Cast instead.

Any solutions to resolve this?
