While in print mode I have a brass quintet score on the screen as my selected layout. The File>Export>Audio… command here creates a sound file with the audio of trumpet 1, not all parts. When I return to write mode, I see the window I last looked at there was the trumpet 1 part. Requesting that audio export from the print screen reflect the print mode selection/view, not the last view in write mode.
Yes, that’s because behind the scenes the layout you’re looking at in the print preview isn’t really the current layout from Dorico’s point of view. I don’t anticipate this is something we are likely to change in the near future.
Fair enough. You may want to consider disabling audio export from the print mode until this is changed.
