When I insert cues in the violin part after the end of a divisi section, the text “unis.” appears above the start of the cues of the Soprano, rather than waiting until the united violins re-enter.
That’s pretty misleading.
And I don’t find a way to make this misleading “unis.” unvisible…
Can this be changed? Or is it a bug?

You are right - they need the “unis.” text. But I added manually the “unis.” text at the right position (SHIFT+X).
Because in my original file, I would have to drag the text even to the next system, because the cue is filling the full system above. And when the formatting is changing, this will become a mess…
The unis is not a mistake. It simply tells the violins they are not longer divisi.
(Since there are lyrics in the cue, you could probably lose the S(oprano) cue label)
It’s the wrong POSITION of the “unis.”
It should be placed at the first note where they play all together.
Likewise you place a “pizz.” at the first note they should play pizzicato, not before at rest bars…
The issue here is that the (very useful) Snap divisi unison labels to notes feature — which is enabled in your Layout Options — doesn’t work properly because of the cue. More precisely, it treats the first note of the cue as if it were an actual violin note, and therefore places Unis. at that position (although Dorico knows that the violin is not playing, since it provides bar rests!).
It would be helpful if this particular case were taken into account in a future version, so that Snap divisi unison labels to notes is not influenced by cues — in which case, in your case, the Unis. would be correctly placed automatically.
You can see here that the Unis. indication is not attached to the real beginning of the unison (bar 4), but to the first note of the cue (instead of the first note of the violin):

A basic divisi in 2 and subsequent return to unison doesn’t really need any labeling at all. If the single line on a single staff without any rests in other voices were anything but unison it would need to get an explicit marking.
Also, the “1./2.” that Dorico adds by default (as visible in the OP) are redundant at best, but might even raise more questions from the players, because only anything but straight two-way divisi would require a label. And even then, the label would be “div.” and not “1./2.”
Personally I have Show divisi change labels above staves switched off by default, and any explicit labels I will re-add by hand if necessary.
