Never seen it before. What kinds of things are in its Inspector?
Looks like an automation track but is not connected with any instruments/audio/fx or so
but an automation track is available as it was an audio or instrument track

Sends
Fader
Notepad
How did you cause it to come into existence?
Can you export the Track and post it here (the forum will accept it if it’s zipped).
Found it! That kind of track is the output TRACK of a VST instrument on RACK
