This signpost shows up at several places in my score and I don 't know why.
Possibility: If I had a meter change at one time but don’t have it any more, does Dorico feel it should display this signpost?
If you created it, it remains there as long as you do not delete it.
So simply delete it but do check if you have not lost or added a bar. If the main time signature is the same and the signpost is not in the middle of a bar that will not happen however.
It usually means that there is a “manual” barline or time signature there, even if it doesn’t show. (In Dorico, time signatures are a type of barline. Or is it the other way round…)

Thanks. I did not create it and Dorico will not let me delete it.
Select the bar line for measure 59 and delete that.
