Unreadable video

Hi, one of my clients has started using this program for converting formats;

and since then no matter what kind of codecs he uses the files are unreadable in Nuendo. I can import and put on the timeline but there’s no picture and it states a duration of over 20 hours. Which is a bit more than supposed to… :wink:

Opens fine in QT player and Vegas.

I often receive problematic QT’s from different clients. I’m just in the habit now of opening them in a converter program and creating a file that I know works (H264 in the same dimensions the client sent). Depending on what I receive from the client I might use MPEG Streamclip, SmartConverter, QT Pro or Adapter. John.
