I have Cubase LE AI Elements 10.5 installed on the computer and I bought the “Steinberg Cubase Pro 11 Upgrade AI”. My 10.5 license is already on the USB dongle and now it comes in the installer that there is no upgradeable license:

You own Cubase Elements, but you bought an update for Cubase AI, so yes, wrong update.

Because the license determines which product derivative can be used. AI, LE and Elements share the installer. Same with Cubase Artist and Pro.
I suppose so, but didn’t you say you already bought that? I don’t understand what’s happening there. All I can suggest is to make sure you have the latest ELC, which I suppose you do, since you’re using the Download assistant.
