Update from 7 pro to 12 pro problems

I am trying to update from cubase 7 pro to 12 pro but Steinberg activation maneger only shows: No lisencs found I have tryed to run check on gace period but it still cant find my Activation code.

The elicenser control center only shows the cubase 7 version

That’s normal. Only Cubase 12 and later support the new Steinberg Licensing system.

Run the Steinberg Download Assistant and input your Download Access Code there, using the button to the top left.
