Update from SE to Dorico Elements 6

I purchased Dorico SE and then purchased the upgrade. Now nothing loads and says I have no products showing. Help?

You should have gotten an email with an activation code. Launch the Steinberg Download Assistant, log in, and enter the code. Then activate your license in the Steinberg Activation Manager.

You can not purchase Dorico SE, because it is the free version and therefore you can not purchase an upgrade.

You need to buy the full version.

They actually have an upgrade from SE.

Hmm, ok.. didn’t see that. In that case your suggestions is probably right.

Yes i put in the redeem code and it says I don’t have the licensure. I have bought Dorico SE 6 and everything SHOULD be there to my understanding. But now nothing shows up in my products.

Are you logged in to the same account you used when you bought it?

You (most likely) didn’t buy Dorico SE – it’s free.
You (presumably) bought the upgrade to Dorico Elements…
