The advert stated ‘purchase Absolute 3 now and update to Absolute 4 for free in January’ . But my elicenser states that I only have Absolute 3 - even if I run the ‘maintenance’ on the elicenser. In the Steinberg Download assistant there is listed Absolute 4 VST Collection - and I have successfully installed Halion 6, The Grand 3 and other products such as Groove Agent 5. But when I run Groove Agent 5 I receive a message that it is available for only a limited time. How do I get the elicenser to correctly state that I have Absolute 4.
