Updated c13 and now nothing showing on dongle

ive updated my cubase 13 too newest version and now nothing is showing on my elicanser or dongle.
there all showing up on my online steinberg account but cant redeem my vouchers too change them too dongless because its not showing anything.

ive updated my elicaser software but thats not fixed it,can anyone help.

im on windows 11

C13 is dongleless.
If you had C13 running before in order to update it then it’s presumably already licensed in activation manager??

hi grim problem is all my other older steinberg products are on my dongle and nothing is showing up …ive emailed steinberg support but no replys :frowning:
