updated to 9.5.30 now the VST Pluging dont work

Just upgraded to 9.5.30 it feels really unstable.
Also my VST plugins do not work any more. They load up but there is nothing going into them?
Can I get a copy of the last update before this and install it over the top? I need the effects and everything was fine until I updated it

Windows add remove programs/show installed updates/uninstall 9.5.3.

Not sure if you can access updates in the W10 Apps and Features but you can still get at the old style add/remove…scroll all the way to bottom of apps and features and under related setting click on Programs and Features.

View installed updates option should be on the left.
