I have purchased an update from Cubase Elements 9 to Elements 9.5.
I have managed to get my eLicesenser to be connected to Cubase ELements 9.5 but i cant get my Download ASsistant to work. Keeps on telling me i have no internet connection please try again. And there seems no otherway to get it anywhere else.
WUd appreicate help as this is annoying me badly.

Make sure the communication with the server is not blocked by any firewall or antivirus, please.
You can download the Trial version and install it. It’s the same as the retail version.
But will that trial version expire or will it notice with my serial number that it’s a permanent version?
It will know from your license that you have the full version. Trial and full version are the same executable file. The license determines how it behaves.
