Upgrade and new computer question

I’m going to upgrade from C7.5 to 10.5 and the destination for 10.5 is onto a brand new computer.
Do I need to have my previous version of Cubase on the new computer before I can load 10.5 onto the new computer?
Or will the 10.5 upgrade have everything I need included?

Just make sure you use the “full” 10.5 installer and it should be fine. No need to have 7.5 installed unless, for example, you wish to open old projects in the old version.
