I just read that it’s until today that the eLicenser would be supported, so I just purchased an upgrade from my v10 to v12, and the assistant is not working, saying connection to the servers can’t be established.
Are the servers already down ???
Did I just purchase the upgrade for nothing and will have to buy a full v12 license ?
Try on tomorrow again.

That is not the case, the eLicenser shutdown will be app. May 2025, not today.
Did you update to the latest version of the Download Assistant? There has been a change on 17th December that requires a new download
This has really nothing to do with the eLicenser, you can read everything about it here.
oh thanks, I misread then, just tried updating the assistant and now I’ve been able to upgrade the license, glad it worked out !
