Just bought the upgrade 6-14 but the Download Assistant says no supporting licenses on the USB-Dongle?
What have I missed? Is Cubase 6 not same as Cubase Artist 6?

Cubase 6 is actually Cubase Pro 6. There was also a Cubase Artist 6 which is a different edition of Cubase. If your eLicenser Control Center shows “Cubase 6”, you can only update to Cubase Pro 14 and not to Artist because “downgrades” are not possible.
Therefore, you maybe bought the wrong update and need to request a refund. Afterwards, you can purchase the Pro update if still interested.
