Upgrade from Cubase Elements 6

Hi,

I have Cubase Elements 6 and I want to upgrade to Cubase Artist 7 but I’m not really sure about this :
Do I need to purchase a separate USB eLicenser ?

I’m asking because I will buy the “Upgrade from Cubase Elements 6” (boxed product) which cost 179€ but I don’t know if :

a) USB eLicenser is required ? (since it’s not the case with Cubase Elements 6).
b) If it’s required, is it included with the “Upgrade from Cubase Elements 6 box” (I saw it is included in the full version) ?

E-licenser is required and included in the boxed upgrade.
