Hello, i have Cubase Pro 8 educational version and i want to upgrade to Cubase Pro 9 educational or full version. Is possibble now or later, and with what price?

the are no Educational updates or upgrades, only regular. This also means that your edu license will be converted to a full commercial license after the update.
You can update here: Cubase: Music Production Software | Steinberg (make sure to select the 'Update from Cubase Pro 8.5 option).

no, sorry for the typo, I wrote 8.5 instead of 8 
You will need to choose the Update from ‘Cubase Pro 8’ option in the page linked above.
Not only you can go straight up to 9, but you cannot actually but the Pro 8.5 update from 8 any longer from the online shop - sorry for the confusion!
