After I upgraded from Cubase Pro 8 to Cubase Pro 9.5 on windows 7, using the Steinberg Download Assistant and doing a full install using an administrator account and requesting during installation that Cubase be available to all users on the computer, Halion content (and other VST instruments as well) is missing for my standard account, i.e. I can’t use any of my projects with Halion instruments (the majority, unfortunately!) except when using the administrator account.
I created a ticket about this almost 2 weeks ago, but I haven’t heard anything from Steinberg yet, so I sincerely hope that there is somebody in this forum who can help me!
