Upgrade from elements 9.5 to 12

Hi there
Please help… upgraded to elements 12 from 9.5. I have usb licensor registered. I have latest downloader version. I have entered correct down load and activation numbers. I’m using windows 10 on pc. No Joy!

Cubase 12 doesn’t use the eLicenser anymore. Start the new Activation Manager, login using your mySteinberg ID and activate it. Keep the USB licenser connected while doing this.

Thanks for your input. Still no license upgrade. License upgrade is showing in download manager but not in activation manager. Very frustrated.
