Can anyone advise on this problem…I have Elements 8 installed…I have purchased an upgrade to Artist 8.5 I have an Activation Code. I have the latest e license controller …When trying to get Artist activated the controller accepts the activation code…then tells me I am able to upgrade the Elements 8 License…to click on that… but when I do nothing happens… the e license controller will not allow me to proceed to the Activation of the new product.
Does anyone have any advise on this ?? I am at a loss. I have emailed support 3 times with no feedback… getting a little fed up with Steinberg over this problem being non responsive. I am on the edge of requesting a full refund for the product… I purchased this through PayPal. So as it no good in this state I can get my money back… Id rather the product work.
