Upgrade path from Cubase 5

Hello, does anyone know if there is an upgrade path from Cubase 5 to any current version now is 2023?

Have you clicked the Buy button on the Steinberg website to what the updates are that are available?

I have, and I don’t see C5, but sometimes it may not be stated (?).

Does Cubase 12 overwrite previous versions or does it install as a new instance, so I can run both in parallel as I learn?

It should install as a “new instance”. You can still use your old version as long as your USB-eLicenser is plugged in.

Click the Buy button on the Steinberg website and see the update section yes you can upgrade from cubase 5 to 12 update available
