Upgrade to 4 from 3.5 possible now?

I’ve been out of commission for a while and discovered that 3.5 is going away. I’m ready to get back to work. I found an upgrade from 3.5 to 5, but I don’t really want to upgrade to 5 until it gets settled down. Is it still possible to upgrade to 4 and if so, how much does it cost?

So how long do you want to wait until it is settled down? Dorico 5 was released in May 2023, so over a year ago.

No, you can only upgrade to the latest release, but you can run Dorico 4 as well, if you want to.

The price for the upgrade depends on where you live (Dollar, Euro, Pound). For me it would be 159 Euro. You can find the price on the Steinberg Website.

Daniel has said that a discounted upgrade path (or two) will be available before the old licensing system expires.
