Upgrade to Cubase 12 from 10

I bought 10 pro 3 years ago, I haven’t activated it yet.
Will I get free upgrade to 12? if so, do I still need a dongle to activate?

Yes, you will get Cubase Pro 12 for free thanks to the Steinberg Grace Period.

Yes, you need the USB-eLicenser to be able to activate Cubase Pro 10 as starting point.
