Upgrading Cubase 13 to 14

I bought an upgrade in September and it cost me 99 euros. Am I entitled to a free update to Cubase 14? Or do I have to pay more extra money?

The grace period started on October 9th. So if you redeemed your Download Access Code on or after this date, you’re entitled to get Cubase 14 for free. Otherwise not.

Start the Activation Manager, click on the profile icon (upper right corner) and click on “Check for Grace Period”. That should tell you if you are eligible or not.

I’ve just receive cubase 13 pro. The download assistant never worked so I individually downloaded what’s needed.
Now it says I have cubase 14, does that mean I have to uninstall all the 13 downloads and get 14?

Apologies if I’m asking this in the wrong place.
