Hello, I just purchaswed a brand new copy of Cubase 7 on Ebay that had a listing that said a free upgrade to 8. I have activated and registered the program. My E licenser states that I am licensed to run Cubase 8 permanently. However, I have went to the download section and have downloaded all upgrades but have only gotten the program to Cubase 7.0.7. Every time I try to execute the Cubase 7.5 upgrade which would take it to 7.5.30 it says that Cubase 7.5 is not installed…And I have tried to do the Cubase8 upgrade and the same situation. It states “no change” because I do not have 7.5 or 8 installed. Am I missing something here? Any light to be shed on this would be most appreciated. I have already emailed support and eagerly awaiting their reply…
