Hi, I’m looking to buy Cubase. I had two questions: If I were to buy the education version, could I then upgrade it to the non education version or would I have to buy it again at full price?
Secondly, If I were to buy the artist edition (non education), how much would it cost to upgrade to the pro?

Welcome to the forum.
If you buy the Education version then when you want to upgrade you will get a full version at the upgrade price. Basically, if you are eligible for an education discount you should do it 
I don’t know the prices in your location but if the Steinberg store is available to you then take a look and it should give you all the full/upgrade prices.
