Hi all. I want to upgrade my AI elements to 14 and now the upgrade option doesn’t cover 11 any more when it did a month or so ago. Will I have to buy the full version before the license change?

You either have AI or Elements…ignore the label on the shortcut and look at your license in elicenser or at the splash screen when opening to see which one you have.
AI is a free upgrade. You just need to request it.
Elements is a paid upgrade and is available as usual on the purchase page.
Ah thanks. I have AI 11 but it doesn;t show upgrade from 11
As I said, you need to request it…either raise a support ticket or post in this thread.
@Grim Thanks buddy. All sorted. BTW the old version I have is LE AI Elements and I can run them concurrently. Just as well as 14 is so different.
To be clear, there is no LE AI Elements version.
All three versions use the same installer so it’s labelled that way but as I said previously, what you see on the splash screen or in your license is the actual version you have.
