Upgrading from Cubase Elements 9 to Pro 10.5

Hi,
Recently I’ve bought an Upgrade from Cubase AI 6 or higher to Cubase 10.5
I had the AI version but I upgraded it to Cubase Elements 9 a few years ago.
Now I’ve realized that the upgrade won’t work with updating Elements, which I thought would because that’s what the shop assistaint told me.
Is there any possibility that I can upgrade it or not?

If you are Cubase Elements owner, the upgrade from Cubase AI will not work. You have to ask for refund.
