Upgrading from Wl10 to WL11, no longer can open either app

Here is a disaster,
While I upgraded WL10 to WL 11, apps can start at the opening page and crashed.
But WL 9.5 works well.

iMac currently runs Big Sur 11.6.2

The following message is generated from iMac:

Try erasing preferences
/Users/YourName/Library/Preferences/WaveLab Pro 11/

I have found the access route and success to reopen the WL10 and WL 11

I am appreciated it so much.
