UR 12 usb issues

My UR 12 interface is plugged in and recognized by my computer and DAW, but the usb light keeps flashing and no sound is coming either in or out.

  1. Try different USB port
  2. Try different USB cable
  3. Try different computer
    If none of these works, you probably have bad UR 12.
