UR 22 compatible with Macbook

I tried to connect the UR 22 to my Macbook, but it won’t recognize the device. I connected my UR 44 that I typically use with my ipad to the Mac and it recognized the device and setup with no problems. Does anyone know if there’s a compatibility issue with the UR 22 and the Mac?

I just picked up a UR22 for my son, and it works fine so far with a Macbook Pro Retina. Have you double-checked the driver version? Also, I’m using OSX 10.9.2, if that makes any difference.
