UR 44 Main Output Issue at 0 of main output but still hear a bit of output

Hi folks, I’ve got a problem which is main output. If I turn main output knob to 0 volume but speakers still sounds a bit of music.

I’ve tried to sort it out that changes XLR, USB, power cable, even other computer.

Is that broken or normal?

How could I get support about this issue?

na wie gut das es hier getrennte Foren für Englisch und Deutsch gibt :laughing: :laughing:
und das scheint normal zu sein, macht mein UR 28M auch.
