UR-44 use with Sonar X3-Solved

I have loaded the most recent drivers for my new UR-44.
When using it with Studio One or my iPad thru Auria, I can select any of the 6 inputs the UR-44 has available.
However, when I launch Sonar X3, it uses the ASIO4ALL-Steinberg audio driver and than only allows input L, R and Stereo.

What do I need to do to get Sonar X3 to see all the outputs of the UR-44?

Update: I removed the standard ASIO4ALL driver selection and once I did, the Steinberg input channels were then available to select. Problem solved.
