So I’ve never noticed any quirks regarding the performance of my UR12. I left it unused for about two and a half weeks while on vacation in another state during which I reinstalled Windows on my computer. After reinstalling the drivers and firmware for the UR12 and ultimately the eLicenser software, I noticed that my UR12 wasn’t being recognized. It powers on just fine and is recognized as an installed device in the control panel, however, I still cannot get the software to recognize it even after numerous tries.
