I have bought recently a UR12. It works fine usually, it sounds amazing. But I have been having some trouble regarding its output… Sometimes it just stops working (gets mute). I have checked to see if the problem was in the input or output plugging in my bass onto Ampeg SVX and it identifies the input, but I have no sound. Also, when I try to test the sound on Windows output devices screen, it returns a message saying the test could not be done for an unknown reason.
Sometimes, turning off and then on the interface works, but after a while it just stops working all of a sudden again. Does it have anything related to turning on the interface before the PC?
